So today I had a craving for something crunchy, salty and convenient. I was never a fan of these in the past, but honestly its more for lack of trying than anything else. There are many different variations of pork skins, Pork rinds or pork scratching. Recently, I have discovered that so far, my favorite is the BBQ flavor. Pretty basic, right? Yeah, I am not reinventing the wheel here. Just wanted to share the info with you in case you wanted a grab and go snack that is keto friendly and can fill the snack void.
