Today’s Lunch – Ground Beef and Avocado Salad


After dealing with low blood sugar yesterday, I figured it was pretty important to pay attention to fiber and healthy carbs… BUT I haven’t had a chance to go grocery shopping. SO I just grabbed whatever I could find in the fridge.

Today’s lunch includes:

Hamburger- crumbled.
Spinach Leaves
Green Olives
Green Bell Pepper
Small bit of sliced onion
Feta Cheese
Freshly grated Havarti Dill Cheese
With Bacon Ranch Dressing.

Yanno what? Its not bad!
